Welcome to RP Social, a community for creative writing, collaboration, and roleplay.
By accessing or using RP Social, you agree to the following terms.

1. Community Purpose

RP Social exists to give writers, artists, and roleplayers a welcoming place to share, connect, and create.
All content should respect this goal.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age required by your country).
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• Staff reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

3. Content and Conduct

You agree not to post:
- Harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse.
- NSFW content outside clearly marked and age restricted areas.
- Illegal, plagiarized, or copyrighted material without permission.
- Spam, scams, or automated advertisements.

You retain ownership of your posts, but grant RP Social a non exclusive license
to display and archive your contributions within the site.

4. Roleplay and Creative Works

Roleplays, characters, and stories belong to their authors.
Staff may moderate or remove threads that violate site rules
or involve unauthorized use of another user’s work.

5. Privacy and Data

RP Social collects minimal data necessary for account creation and forum functionality.
We do not sell or share user data with third parties.
You may request account deletion or data export by contacting an administrator.

6. Enforcement

Staff have discretion to interpret and enforce these terms.
Serious violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent bans.

7. Updates

These Terms may be updated occasionally to reflect policy or legal changes.
Users will be notified of major revisions through announcements or email.
